First “Bright Culture Festival” Launched in Shandong Rizhao, China

2019/07/21--Shandong Rizhao City, named by the “first illumination from sunrise”, known as the “Oriental Sun City”, celebrate the annually “Sun Culture Festival and Sacrificial Ceremony” on July 21st. Local governors, culture-related organizations, residents, visitors gathered together and witness the historic moment.
